Iron Dome
Iron Dome is an Israeli mobile all-weather air defense system developed by Rafael Advanced Defense Systems. It is designed to intercept short-range rockets, artillery shells, and mortars with a range of 4-70 km. Since its deployment in 2011, it has achieved a reported interception success rate exceeding 90% during operations in Gaza conflicts. Also known as Kipat Barzel, Iron Dome.
